The Report on withdrawals above cashier limit gives details of savings withdrawals sanctioned by the cashiers and were above their limits for a selected reporting date range. 

How do view report on withdrawals above cashier limit

To view report on withdrawals above cashier limit on time deposit report, go to Savings/Savings Reports/Report on withdrawals above cashier limit and the following screen appears:

• Report date from: From the drop down menu, select the date from when the report should start e.g. "01/04/2017" and in to drop down menu select the date when the report should end e.g., "12/04/2017".

• Report Currency: From the drop down list select the currency in which the report should appear, e.g., "UGX".

  Currency Filter:
• Branch Code: From the drop down menu, select the branch for which the expected tontine amounts report should be generated or tick the For all option to generate the report for all branches.

• Product: From the drop down select the savings productthat you want to be reported e.g "Free Savings" on or tick All to include all the Geographical areas.

• Geographical Area: From the drop down select the Geographical area that you want to be reported on e.g "Kampala" or tick All to include all products. to include all areas.
• Client category 1: From the drop-down choose a Client category 1 e.g. "Rural" that you want to be reported on or tick the Check for all option to include clients in category 1.
• Client category 2: From the drop-down choose a Client category 2 option that you want to be reported on from the drop-down e.g Agriculture or tick the Check for all option to include all clients in category 2.
• Client category 3: From the drop-down choose a Client category 3 option that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all clients in category 3.
• Cost centre: From the drop down select the Cost centre that you want to be reported on or tick All to include all the cost centres.
• Gender: From the drop down select the Gender that you want to be reported on or tick All to include both the sexes

Click on the Ok button to display the report which will appear as below:

The report above shows the approving officers have not taken action yet.
